3. Purposes of Processing
- Evaluating your reservation request, contacting you and establishing a rental agreement
- Providing customer service and responding to questions or complaints
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, insurance, traffic)
- Ensuring site security and detecting fraudulent attempts
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on the necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and your explicit consent (Art. 5/1) under KVKK.
5. Transfer
Your data may be shared only with authorized public institutions for legal obligations, insurance providers, our accounting/financial advisors, and our IT infrastructure providers under the conditions set by KVKK. No data is transferred abroad.
6. Retention Period
Reservation and contact data are kept for max. 10 years (Turkish Code of Obligations limitation), accounting records for 10 years (Tax Procedure Law). After this period data is anonymized or deleted.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose, request rectification of inaccurate data, request deletion under the conditions of KVKK, object to outcomes of automated processing and request compensation for damages.
